Somatic Movement

Somatic Movement class is appropriate for all levels of physical ability and modifications needed.

Come enjoy a smattering of breathwork, rocking, ELDOA for spinal health and recovery, SOMA training, pelvic anatomy, and other calm modalities for movement health.

Instructor Consuelo Schroeder CMT/CA [@eldoa.ing_somawerk]( https://www.instagram.com/eldoa.ing_somawerk/) will lead class as an ELDOA Level 4 instructor. Come address your movement concerns and learn self care you can add to function better.
