Rainwater Harvesting Workshop

Time: Saturday, October 18th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Location: BYO Long Beach in East Village

Parking: Metered street parking is available.

The class, presented by Rain Barrels International, will discuss the importance of rainwater harvesting, the benefits of a rain barrel, the installation process, helpful methods to conserve water on your property, and rebate information.

Attendance at the workshop is not required to purchase your rain barrel at the discounted price nor are you required to make a purchase to attend the FREE class, however if you are interested in purchasing one for your home at a great price, learn more below.

Rain Barrels are available for purchase at this community event. These rain barrel purchases along with your reservation for your spot at the seminar should be made in advance. The rain barrel distribution will be from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Only rain barrels ordered in advance are guaranteed to be available for pick up at the event.

• Re-used food-grade plastic barrels.
• Solid brass 3/4" spigot for garden hose attachment.
• Side brass overflow.
• 4" mesh no-see-um screen riveted to top, preventing bugs from accessing the water.
