This month, Shari will be leading a discussion about developing a practice of loving kindness, and how it can be a powerful and transformative tool for spiritual development.

As always, these ideas will be placed within the context of developing a practice of spiritual intuition.

The class is held on the first Saturday of each month, from 1-2:30 pm, inside UMS Church, which is located at 3212 E 8th Street in Long Beach, CA.
