Details: To commemorate Master Gichin Funakoshi's ("Father of Modern Karate") birth November 10, 1868), we will dedicate a special Kick Practice performing 500 maegeri techniques. Then apply kicks against a bag and a real opponent. Join us in this intense practice and challenge yourself to bring out your inner strength!
