Chakra Moves and Alignment is a fun, unique way to open, ignite, and activate the seven main energy centers in the body. We do this by using seven repetitive motions, over and over to fun, funky music. You are moving your body, mind and spirit to connect, let go, go deeper and feel free. Each motion is designed to help bring awareness to the individual location, spiritual essence, health and wellness for the chakra. You will learn mantras for each chakra, emotional connections to each chakra, ancient sounds and symbols connected to each chakra and gain a sense of empowerment, ease and emotional freedom.
