🌅 8:00 AM – Pitmasters work on finishing their meats
🎈 10:30 AM–3:30 PM – Free Bounce House for kids & families!
🕛 12:00–2:00 PM – BBQ turn-ins
🎶 12:00 PM – Live music from JT Martin
The morning kicks off with the sizzling smells of competition BBQ as teams race to turn in their best bites. Stroll through the competition area, watch the pitmasters in action, and enjoy a family-friendly atmosphere complete with live music and a FREE bounce house for kids!

Get ready for a blues-filled night! Lotawana Brewing Co. is bringing a Biergarten to Lotasmoke with BBQ sandwiches, chips, and plenty of cold drinks—partnering with our local Fire Department to raise funds for a great cause.
🎸 Otis Roper & The Electric Soul Congregation will bring their high-energy Kansas City blues to the stage, guaranteed to have you dancing and howling all night long. It’s BBQ, beer, and blues all in one spot—what’s not to love?
