nestled in the basement of the fff shop, vertigo bar is london's first permanent carbon-negative venue, redefining the nightlife experience with sustainability at its core. this innovative space serves up creative cocktails crafted from surplus and wonky produce, such as beer brewed from leftover bread, cider from locally harvested apples, and spirits distilled from grape skins, banana peels, or even wonky beetroot.
