Yoga in the Fields community has descended to our cosy autumn–winter home in the candlelit basement of Planet Organic.

Please join us for a grounding and uplifting 60-minute yoga class, followed by tea, biscuits, and community connection.

🌿 What to expect

• A yoga practice inspired by seasonal transitions and lunar cycles
• A simple optional sharing circle & journaling to reflect on what we'd like to release, and what intentions we're working on
• Warm tea, biscuits, and relaxed time to connect afterwards

🪔 Why join?

Now more than ever, real-life community matters. Practising yoga together in person is powerful, but the magic continues when we linger afterwards - sharing stories, laughter, and connection over tea.

Whether you joined us in London Fields over summer or this is your first time, you are warmly welcome.

📓 Sharing circle ritual

If you'd like to contribute to our seasonal altar, please bring a small item (for example a leaf, flower, pebble, or written word) as a representation of your sankalpa (intention). In spring, we’ll invite you to bring something new to symbolise renewal - weaving a gentle thread of connection through the year.

Class is led by Alex (@alexandrakateyoga) — yoga teacher, event host, and trailblazer for authentic and conscious community spaces.

Some mats are available, but please feel encourged to bring your own!
