Yoga Based Movement Class B

When: Wednesdays weekly at 12.30pm to 1.30pm *term time only*

Dates: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th Jan & 4th, 11th Feb.

About the class: The class is made of 45 minutes of movement and 15 minutes for a drink, a snack and a chat. It is a class for you but where you can bring your little human along with you (under 3s). While children are encouraged to play independently during the session (and a few toys are provided) there will always be an option to include them, whether it is wished or necessary, in anything we do. So no two people will experience exactly the same class, but all will benefit from it.

Booking: spaces are limited (6 pairs) so booking is essential. All classes are free and we ask that you sign up to the block of 6 classes.

Where: Learning Lodge, Pimp Hall Nature Reserve, off Kings Road, Chingford, E47HR [session is held indoors].

Level: No previous yoga experience required, all levels of fitness welcome (including postpartum).

Who is it for: parents (and main carers) of a child under 3 years.

What to bring: yourself and your child, in a comfortable set of clothes. Feel free to bring your own mat and cushion for baby (if needed).
