Womens Wellness Circle

Join Therapist Laura McDougall, and Yoga Facilitator Krish Lopez for a gathering with other women who are experiencing reproductive health concerns.

A safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed space—gathering quarterly—to support women navigating the complex and often tender relationship with their bodies. This community offers gentle movement, authentic sharing, and reflective dialogue. A choice-centered space for connection, creativity, healing, and resilience, rooted in lived experiences of reproductive health and body changes.

Who is this group for:

- women who have reproductive health concerns (PCOS, Endometriosis, Infertility)
- women who want community as they deal with the stress of reproductive health concerns

And even more specifically - women who have PCOS, endometriosis, struggle with fertility, experienced surgeries to treat reproductive health concerns, trying to get a diagnosis after consistent concerns with their reproductive health, PMDD, etc.
