Discover the vibrant balance of sweet, salty, sour and umami flavours in Vietnamese cuisine! In this class, you’ll get to know some essential ingredients that define Vietnamese cooking as Chef Ran Ai shows you how to create simple dishes that showcase the flavours and textures unique to this delicious cuisine.

• ALL TICKETS ARE FINAL SALE: Consider our cooking classes like cooking “events” or a concert. If you are not able to attend the class, feel free to to send another person in your place.
