• Safety is a priority, so the VR experience is restricted for guests under the age of 6 years.

• This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.
• Your guide dogs and other assistance animals are welcome at the venue.
• Carers of disabled guests get free entry, provided they can show proper documentation.
• Carer's ticket will be deemed invalid if not accompanied by at least 1 person with a valid full-priced ticket.
