Come join us at The Sessile for a unique event celebrating Palestinian culture through art, cuisine, and dance! Immerse yourself in a day filled with creativity, delicious flavors, and traditional Dabkeh performances. Whether you're a seasoned artist or just looking to try something new, this event is perfect for everyone. Get ready to paint, savor authentic Palestinian dishes, and dance the night away!

🎨 Painting
Level: Beginner 🟢
Duration: 2 hours, 14:00 - 16:00
A 2-hour workshop where you will learn to draw the Dome of the Rock with NO BRUSH!
We make our own texture material & draw with coloured textures (check the photo to see the final result)
And the artist is Haneen @Nostalgisity (We've probably already met!)

🍉 Food
The gifted Ruba from Gaza & her team @Pal_Flavors will provide BOXES of the Palestinian food with the REAL spices and ingredients from the Holy Land!
2 options:
🥗 Vegetarian (falafel, bread, olives, veggies, vine leaves & baba ganoush)
🍗 Chicken (chicken musakhan rolls, vine leaves, pickles & babganoush)
Duration: Food will be ready at 16:00

🇵🇸 Dabkeh
Level: Beginner 🟢
As taught by the brilliant Emad & his group weekly Dabkeh at the Park @dabkehgathers_pal, I'll give a basic lesson on Dabkeh 101.
Dabkeh is more of a walk, rather than a dance, with 0-prep needed.
We will have Palestinian volunteers from both genders, so everyone is invited!
