Workshop focused on unlocking the body's innate wisdom and energetic flow. It combines dynamic, ancient practices with a modern, somatic approach to create a deeply restorative experience.

This workshop is built on the powerful synergy between Kundalini Breathwork and Spinal Energetics.

* Kundalini Breathwork

Specific, rhythmic breathing techniques to awaken and direct the body's vital life force. This energy, often described as coiled at the base of the spine, is stimulated through these practices to rise through the body's energy centers, or chakras. This can lead to increased vitality, mental clarity and a profound sense of inner peace.

* Spinal Energetics

Gentle, intuitive healing modality that works with the nervous system and the energetic field around the spine. Through light touch, sound and subtle movements, it helps release stored tension and trauma, allowing the body to naturally express and "unwind." This process promotes a deep sense of regulation and a reconnection to your body's inherent intelligence.

By combining these two practices, the workshop first uses Kundalini Breathwork to activate and circulate energy within the body. This prepares the system for the gentle, yet profound, release facilitated by Spinal Energetics. The result is a harmonious flow of energy, a calm and regulated nervous system, and a deep sense of well-being.

We end session with soothing GONG BATH.

Somatic, Energetic & Embodiment Practitioner
Nora works intimately with the nervous system, energy field, and consciousness — guiding from cell to source to dissolve patterns of tension and awaken vitality. Through Spinal Energetics — a gentle yet powerful modality combining breath, touch, and subtle movement — the body’s innate intelligence is activated, releasing stored patterns and restoring flow throughout the whole system.

In this workshop, Nora weaves Spinal Energetics with pranayama-based breathwork, alongside Wiola’s Kundalini Yoga and restorative gong sound.

Together they create a frequency-shifting field where stress softens, energy harmonises, and participants emerge lighter, freer and deeply attuned to their natural rhythm.
