Join Baked@number17 for an intensive, hands-on workshop where you'll refine your shaping technique. This will allow you to achieve the tension you need for a good oven spring and those coveted "ears".

What you'll learn:

• We will watch my video tutorials during the class
• I will demonstrate shaping techniques both using your hands and the scraper
• I will show you how to create tension on the dough
• You will have plenty of dough ready to shape and practise on

You'll take home:

• A perfectly shaped boule ready to bake
• Starter if you need it

This class is perfect for those with some sourdough experience who want to master the boule and take their shaping to the next level.
