WHAT TO BRING AND WEAR: 1) Yoga mat 2) Warm & Comfortable Clothing. If you don't have your own yoga mat, you can upgrade and have use of a yoga mat, eye mask, pillows, and a blanket for the event. If you would like to enhance your experience with REIKI, CRYSTAL or a HEALING HERBAL TEA - these can be added as an upgrade to your booking:

TRANSPORT & PARKING - Greenwich tube station is less than 2 mins walk from the venue and there are 15 free car parking places. There are other local streets that offer free/paid parking near the venue.

FACILITIES - Toilets and a waiting area is available at the venue so you can arrive up to 30 minutes before the event.

*2 sets of bowls are placed at opposite ends of the room/venue and played simultaneously in synchronicity. Combinations of musical notes and other instruments are layered acoustically, orchestrated, and circulated around the room. This produces a unique harmonic surround sound experience. You can then be taken on a meditative sound journey to escape your busy lifestyle and worries. Indulge in holistic healing and inner peace, whilst relaxing your mind and body.

A JOURNEY OF SOUND WITH GUIDED MEDITATIONS - Before we start the soundbath, we begin with a guided breathwork and meditation. Soundbaths have many holistic benefits – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Cymatic studies have shown how intention, sound, and different vibrational frequencies affect water with many positive outcomes. As we are 70-80% water, these sessions can have similar positive benefits.

Soundbaths can improve your meditation and present-moment awareness, using natural binaural beats that alter your brainwaves to a theta-healing state. Soundhealing balances your chakras, and can promote more inner peace, stillness, and calmness, enabling you to have a deeply relaxing, blissful experience.

MENTORING ON HOW TO FACILITATE SOUNDBATHS/SOUNDHEALING

I offer mentorship over 3 sessions at your own pace (3 weeks - 3 months) to hold space, and learn how to facilitate soundbaths/soundhealing. You will have the opportunity to learn and co-facilitate events in front of paid clients. No up front cost is required for venue rental, yoga mats, eye masks, pillows, throws, sound equipment - £333 or pay £130 per session at Greenwich, Oakwood, and Southampton. Cacao Ceremony mentorship also available at Oakwood and other venues.
