Simplicity Parenting Workshop

Contemporary family life can be stressful and hectic. Children and adults are often overwhelmed by too much, too fast, too soon.

This workshop ~ led by Waldorf Teacher & Trainer Dorothy Marlen ~ draws on the Simplicity Parenting Approach to introduce families to the benefits of simplifying their home life - including their environment, their schedules, their decision-making and beyond.

It provides practical exercises, in-depth discussions and do-able strategies that bring relief to stressed parents and a sense of calmness, security and confidence in children.

It’s suitable for parents/carers of children of any age.
