Sekhem Sound Healing + Crystal Bowls

During the session you will be guided through a grounding meditation to deepen self-awareness and inner connection. You will experience a soothing sound bath with alchemy crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and chimes. Toward the end of the session, you will receive hands-on-healing with the vast life-force of Sekhem -- supporting balance, renewal and realignment. To close, you’ll have the opportunity to draw an oracle card for further insight, guidance and integration.

Jessica is a visual and sound artist, a lover of poetry and nature. A mystic at heart and a devotee to the at-one-ment of the womb. She is a seeker of ancient wisdom, harmony and oneness.
