This workshop is led by Polly Pale, who is a transformative leader in strategy and business operations, specialising in scaling fintech and financial services organisations through digital transformation, go-to-market strategy, and agile delivery. Polly has a background in modernising financial infrastructure, driving open banking innovation and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.
