Painting Workshop with Matthew Swift: Flowing, Seeping, Staining

Participants will work on a piece of stretched fabric with acrylic paint and ink, drawing and mark-making with non-conventional ‘brushes’ such as string and fabric offcuts. Participants will be encouraged to listen to a personal selection of music to help facilitate flow and the notional and literal movement of the hidden Walbrook River. Flowing, Seeping, Staining is a workshop for adults and children aged 9 and above - children must be accompanied by an adult. Materials will be provided.
