Multi Dimensional 2 Part Workshop

The astrology of the day will bring in a focus of realigning our divine fire (Sun in Sagittarius) and coming into inner balance and truth (Moon in Libra).

Yang Session ~ 3 Hours ~ 12~3pm

We will be collectively creating space for our souls to expand & integrate the multi-dimentional self. Heightening our capacity to flow with our intuition. Building trust with exercises that give space to play and be curious. We will be working with light language, channelling, trance meditation & our intuitive senses. This may involve working in pairs & groups.

Strengthing your connection with your intuition facilitates a heathly energitic ecosytem which restores lifeforce to the mind, heart, soul and body.

Yin Session ~ 2 Hours ~ 4~6pm

We will come together and acknowledge the wonder that is to soften and release, to care for ourselves and create space for our vessel, mind, heart and soul to rest and heal. The healing session will flow in 3 parts:

A guided meditation for the vessel,

A trance meditation to take you into a deeper state of consciousness,

A Light Language sound healing transmission.

There will be space at the end to recalibrate & commune with the group and share what unfolded in the session. I will also share any messages that came through from my guides during the transmission.

~Extra Info~

The venue is 14 minute walk away from Denmark Hill station and a 15 minute walk away from Brixton. We will be in Studio 4 which has a kitchenette and there are two toilets on location. Comfy warm clothes are recommended! For those of you attending the whole day there will be a 1 hour break between sessions to recalibrate, get a bite to eat (Viv's cafe near by, Brixton is a short walk away), stay and chat. You might want to bring a notepad and pen to write down any reflections that arise during the day.

Yang Session

In between the collaborative exercises we will have a break and home made cacao will be offered as well as a healthy savoury treat. Also lots of herbal teas! There will decks of cards (tarot&oracle) to play with throughout the session. If you would like to bring an object that calls to you it can be used as an container of the experience.

Yin Session

You might want to bring an eye mask, I will have a few for those of you who don't have one. You also might want to bring an extra blanket to fully cocoon during the healing process. After the session home made chai will be offered and another sweet treat!
