MS Christmas Wellbeing Day

Join us for a free, uplifting day of creativity and relaxation, designed especially for people living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Enjoy a welcoming atmosphere in the beautiful, award-winning Brixton Windmill venue, nestled in the heart of South London. The event is open to all, with accessible facilities and a calm, airy environment surrounded by the historic setting of London’s oldest working windmill.​

Activities include friendly arts and crafts sessions to inspire your creativity, along with a calming sound bath experience to help you unwind and recharge. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day, and you’re welcome to drop in and enjoy as much or as little as you like.​

Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been living with MS for years, this event is an opportunity to connect, try something new, and support your wellbeing. Family members, friends, and carers are also welcome.
