About this Event

Are you an actor who is interested in exploring movement?

This movement for actors workshop deepens your awareness of your physicality, through improvisation tasks & exercises. Using contemporary dance skills, you will work through tools to give your acting more clarity and focus.

With no choreography to remember this will be a relaxed workshop that will challenge your ideas of how much is possible to say with just your movement. No movement/dance experience needed - everyone is welcome!
