With over 20 years of experience leading global product and technology teams, she bridges business strategy and execution with deep emotional transformation to help people lead with authenticity, purpose, and presence.

As a senior leader in the tech industry and a solo mum of two, Delphine has firsthand experience navigating ambition, leadership, and healing while balancing the demands of corporate life and family. Her personal journey through burnout, trauma, and reinvention led her to train extensively in trauma-informed coaching, nervous-system regulation, and breathwork facilitation.

Today, she helps executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders break free from inherited trauma, regulate their nervous systems, and rise into embodied leadership. Through her flagship programs—Thrive, Inner Alchemy, and Stories We Carry—Delphine blends therapeutic coaching, breathwork, and somatic practices with grounded business mentorship.
