Herstory Winter’s Welcome: A Mini Women’s Retreat
Join us for a cozy afternoon of renewal and reflection as we welcome winter and turn inward. Guided by two psychotherapists, this intimate retreat weaves together gentle yoga and somatic movement, creative art-making, and mindful connection to nurture body, mind, and spirit. Together, we’ll slow down, listen within, and honor the beauty of this season of rest and restoration. No yoga or art experience needed—just bring your curiosity and an open heart.
Grace is a psychotherapist and yoga therapist and Nina is an Integrative Art psychotherapist and we are here to collaborate in process with you and support your practice.
