If you’ve ever marvelled at the pillowy texture of gnocchi and wondered how to create these delectable potato dumplings, this class is for you! Chef Ran Ai will teach you everything you need to know to make gnocchi from scratch and how you can use them to create a quick and satisfying meal.

• Potato Gnocchi with Beef and Mushroom Sauce
