FI’ITMAS With FI’IT GIRLS RED EDITION

Join us for a Christmas FI’IT Girls experience like no other — an afternoon of movement, mindfulness, celebration, and feminine power to close 2025 in true FI’IT style.

We begin at 3:00PM sharp with warm welcomes, guest introductions, and a moment to settle into the festive energy. You’ll meet our instructor before easing into a 10-minute unwind and warm-up, preparing your body for a revitalising session.

You’ll then flow into a 50-minute mat Pilates class, designed to strengthen, stretch, and elevate your energy. Afterward, we’ll take 10 minutes of grounding reflection, giving space to honour your growth, goals, and the woman you’ve become this year.

At 4:30PM, we transition into the evening with a beautifully curated sit-down meal prepared by one of London’s finest private chefs. Together, we’ll enjoy a group goal-setting conversation, reflecting on our 2025 achievements while setting empowered intentions for 2026.

We’ll close with music, connection, celebration, and festive vibes, ending the year surrounded by women who move with purpose.
