🌻Join us for Autumn Equinox in the outdoor shala at Shangrila for our next Harmonic Breath and Sound Ceremony.

💫We will be opening space, creating a 12D shield and field, connecting to our breath, and stretch out in a cozy nest for gong and crystal bowl sound journey.
