DING DONG soulfully on high!
We are thrilled to announce our Soul At The Ritzy Christmas party. Always a cracker, this year we have a feeling it will be bigger and better than ever.
We have two amazing guest DJs lined up. Both are legends in their own lunchtimes!
First up is DOUGIE LING, one of the most loved faces on the soul scene. Dougie was one of the founders of the Soul At The Ritzy parties and were beside ourselves to have him back behind the decks for Christmas, especially following his recent HUGE set at @heartofsoul.lewisham. Expect GORGEOUS.
And all the way from the midlands is Ian ‘Pep’ Pereria. Pep has an astounding 55 year history of playing at some of Northern Soul’s most iconic clubs, including Wigan Casino, the Catacombs and The Golden Torch, to name just three! He last played at the Ritzy in June 24 and it was an incredible night. You don’t want to miss this!
Here are the essential details:
WHEN: Thursday 11th December
TIMES: 7pm - midnight. We’re kicking off a little earlier this year so you can come straight from work if you like 🥂
WHERE: Upstairs At The Ritzy, of course, our wonderful club room above Brixton’s iconic Ritzy Cinema
TICKETS: none needed at all. The event is FREE because it’s one of our monthly Thursdays and we would much prefer you spent all your hard-earned at the bar! Just rock up.
