You will learn the art of royal icing techniques on delicious, whole-grain, plant-based cookies, all sweetened with healthy alternatives. Leave with a box of beautiful, custom holiday treats!

What You’ll Experience:
- Meet Your Community & Connect: Kick off the workshop with a fun icebreaker to get to know your fellow attendees and connect with community members.
- Healthy Recipe Spotlight & Safety Prep: We will transition immediately to discuss the simple plant-based recipe for our cookies and icing, focusing on whole grains, flax, and low-sugar sweeteners. We will follow a clear, hygienic process, covering mandatory food safety and handwashing.
- Cookie 1: Outline & Flood Foundation: You will use thick piping icing to outline your first cookie, then immediately fill the area with thin flood icing to achieve a smooth, solid base layer.
- Cookie 2: Wet-on-Wet Magic: You will work in groups to practice the fast and impressive Wet-on-Wet technique by applying a secondary color of icing onto the wet base to create a seamless pattern. You will finish by adding natural, low-sugar sprinkles.
- Cookie 3: Detail Work & Final Touches: You will use the thick piping icing to add quick borders and simple final details to your last cookie to complete your festive set.
- Wrap-Up & Take Home: Package your three decorated cookies in a take-home box, receive your recipes, and learn how long the healthy icing needs to dry before handling!

Reimagine Co. offers an accessible venue for all participants. Limited free parking is available onsite in the lot. Paid parking is available across the street — please note it’s privately owned and ticketing is enforced for violations — and there is an additional paid parking lot one building past Reimagine Co., towards Richmond Street.
