Conscious Connected Breathwork and Sound Bath

Join me for an immersive evening designed to use breath and sound for bringing you to a place of presence and peace.

Trained with Alchemy of Breath, I will guide you through a Conscious Connected Breathwork journey — a powerful or gentle practice depending on your preference, that can help release emotional tension, expand awareness, and invite a sense of deep clarity and connection.

Following the breathwork, drift into stillness with a mini sound bath — featuring Tibetan singing bowls and a Chau gong, carefully played to soothe the nervous system and ground your energy into calm, embodied presence.
