Chainsaw Safety Class

Ready to level up your chainsaw skills? On Saturday, March 28th, from 9 to 11 AM, we will be leading a chainsaw safety class at the Gwynne Conservation Area. You’ll learn how to safely handle a chainsaw and see a demonstration on proper cutting techniques. Please note that participants will not be able to practice tree cutting at this training. Instruction satisfies a portion of the Chainsaw Safety Awareness that Works (CSAW) program but will not provide certification.

Although this event is free to attend, RSVP is required for preparation. Be sure to wear appropriate attire as this will take place in uneven terrain.
