Theme: Burnout, Depression, Neurodivergence – Breaking Isolation with a Multidisciplinary Team Approach

This conference will bring together psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, GP, and allied health professionals to address one of the most pressing mental health challenges of our time: the growing rates of burnout, depression, and neurodivergence in both adults and adolescents.

Key discussions will focus on:

• Early Detection & Assessment: Best practices for ADHD and neurodivergence screening.
• Burnout & Depression Management: Identifying risk factors, early intervention strategies, and evidence-based treatments.
• Breaking the Cycle of Isolation: Creating pathways for patients to re-engage with work, education, and social life.
• Multidisciplinary Care Models: How collaboration between mental health professionals, primary care providers, and support networks leads to better outcomes.

The conference will feature keynote talks, panel discussions, and case studies illustrating how integrated care can empower patients to regain control of their mental health and quality of life.
