Build-your-own cheese hamper with Morgan McGlynn Carr

Morgan McGlynn Carr is a leading UK cheese expert and owner of Cheeses of Muswell Hill, an award-winning independent cheese shop in North London, which she opened at the age of 19. She has spent many years traveling the UK and the world working with celebrated mongers and makers, learning to make, mature, and sell cheese. As well as being the resident Cheese Expert on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch and a judge at the World Cheese Awards, she is a consultant for leading retailers and author of highly acclaimed titles The Modern Cheesemaker, The Modern Cheeseboard and The Complete Cheese Pairing Cookbook

Morgan joins us in the Food & Drink Studio at Fortnum's to share her favourite festive cheeseboard combinations. Guests will get the opportunity to try several cheeses with suggested pairings before deciding on three items to take home in a Mini-Huntsman Fortnum & Mason hamper.
