In this three hour class, we will build a dashboard in Excel step by step. We start with raw data and finish with a clean dashboard. You will learn how to structure data properly, which functions matter most for dashboarding, and how to keep your file fast and simple to maintain.

We will use functions most people already know.

This is not a technical session for the sake of it. This is a working Excel build you can replicate. The speaker - Leena Dattani FCMA, CGMA - will share how she builds commercial dashboards in her corporate roles. The examples are practical and linked to real life business decisions.

About the speaker:

Leena Dattani FCMA, CGMA: Commercial Finance Director level leader. Excel modeller. Ex NHS Professionals Ltd where she led commercial propositions for a £1bn+ staffing business.

Leena builds pricing models and dashboards that leadership teams use to make decisions, not just reports that sit in folders.

Before that, she worked in commercial finance roles across the private and public sector. Leena's specialism is building models that drive action. She trains analysts, managers, and non-finance leaders in how to translate data into commercial decisions.

She is a Fellow of CIMA, and speaks globally on leadership, confidence and financial decision making. Leena also delivers practical Excel sessions that make the technical simple.
