The Black Moon marks a rare moment in the lunar cycle, a quiet invitation to reset, reflect and soften. Join us for a slow, intentional evening with grounding movement, stillness, breathwork, and a shared cup of warm cacao to seal it all in.

This workshop, part of the SOYO Workshop series, will be co-led by Annie Watkins and Justine Nolan, two of our Social Yoga teachers, and is open to all levels. Whether you're in need of a moment to pause, reset, or simply rest, this space is yours.
