Befriending Rest: A Winter Solstice Circle

Come join us for a cozy gathering as we welcome the Winter Solstice. This event is about self-connection, embracing stillness and honouring the longest night of the year.

We will move, meditate, and murmur into rest through a combination of āsana (yoga postures), prāṇāyāma (breathwork), and yoga nidrā ('yogic sleep') followed by special guest, Julia Leitner, who will lull us into a beautiful cosmic soundbath.

An opportunity to connect with community; bring friends and family or come solo - everyone is welcome! We'll slow down, breathe deeply, and befriend rest on this winter solstice.

Eunice curates and leads 'Body Pilgrimages', holistic movement workshops designed to bring you home to yourself.

Our special guest, Julia Leitner, is a multidisciplinary sound artist originating from Germany and residing in London who weaves her magic through sound vibrations bringing about deep rest :

"Coming from a creative and healing background, I now weave artistry into a healing practice. In my sessions, gentle sounds and soothing vibrations, created by alchemy crystal bowls, my voice, and other instruments, take you on a journey into a deep, dreamlike state of relaxation. It’s a calm, supportive experience designed to help you unwind and reconnect with yourself."
