Dear Beautiful Soul,

I warmly invite you to join me for this powerful Sound Healing Journey, where we connect with the ancient wisdom of the Five Chinese Elements—Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, and Earth—to help restore harmony, balance, and energy in your body and soul.

✨ This session is lovingly created to support you to bring to this new year more balance, clarity, and heart openness. ✨We’ll work with the elements to help you ground, align, and integrate what’s moving through your field—making space for new beginnings and deeper embodiment.

You’ll be guided into a meditative drum-led journey to meet and awaken the elements within you. Followed by our powerful Mars Gong and then, we move into softer soundscapes with crystal singing bowls and sacred instruments, allowing healing vibrations to gently restore and recalibrate your energy.

This session is a blend of shamanic rhythm and angelic sound—both activating and soothing—a full-body energetic reset.

Sound Healing is a gentle yet powerful practice that can:✨ Support emotional release and nervous system regulation✨ Calm your mind and ease anxiety✨ Help you sleep more deeply✨ Soothe physical tension and pain✨ Improve your energy flow and clarity✨ Restore inner balance and connection✨ Help you move through energetic transitions with more ease

Every session is unique—your body and soul will receive exactly what they need.

• Mat, blankets,
• Bring extra layers, cozy socks, or your own blanket for comfort
• A water bottle to stay hydrated

This session is not recommended for those with:

• Sensory sensitivities (please contact me to discuss if unsure)
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Severe unmanaged mental health conditions
• Recent major surgeries or injuries
• Pacemaker or sensitive medical implants
• Pregnancy in the first trimester - unless consulted with GP or midwife,
• Vertigo
