Our Stargazing Nights event is just an 3 hours away from Mumbai and Pune City.
You can drive to the venue which is 24kms from Lonavala Station or can reach the venue by taking an Auto from Lonavala Station / Bus Stand.
(We can optionally arrange for a bus pick up and drop at an additional cost if there are a no. of participants for it)
We have a special open observatory where you can use professional telescopes with experienced stargazers. They love sharing their knowledge about the night sky.
During our overnight stargazing sessions, you get to explore the sky at the resort's observatory ground. And for your stay, we provide cottages or tents. It's a great way to enjoy the stars and learn more about the wonders of the night sky!
Itinerary
- 02:00 PM: Check-in at the Resort and Indulge in the Games / Swimming Pool
- 04:30 PM: Explore the Resort and Enjoy Evening Snacks.
- 06:00 PM: Introduction to Astronomy, Understanding the Night Sky, and the Flow of the Events Overnight.
- 07:00 PM: In-depth Observation Saturn’s Rings, Jupiter, Satellite Clusters, Nebulae, Binary Stars, and more with our Large Telescopes.
- 08:00 PM: Identify the Pole Star, Constellations, Nakshatras, and Zodiac Signs.
- 09:00 PM: Dinner Break.
- 10:30 PM: Astronomy Discussions and Talks. Special Topics on Astronomy.
- 11:30 PM: Stargazing for Deep Sky Objects.
- 12:10 AM: Tea Break and Get Ready for Geminids Meteor Viewing.
- 02:00 AM to 03:30 AM: Astronomy Interactive Quiz, Games, and Astro Antakshari. Interactive Session and Talk with our Experts. Participants who want to Rest/Sleep are free to do so during this time.
- 03:30 AM: Early Morning Stargazing when the Sky has Changed & some new Objects can be viewed and Craters of the Moon
- 06:00 AM: Forest Trek and Waterfall to Nearby River followed by Sun Gazing through Certified Solar Filter.
- 08:00 AM: Morning Breakfast.
- 11:00 AM: Checkout with memories of a Night Full of Stars.

How to Reach the Venue?
By Train:
- Catch the Express / Local Train from Mumbai or Pune
- Catch Local to Khopoli from Mumbai and take a share a cab to Lonavala Station.
By Car:
- Javan, Tungi, Lonavala | GPS Coordinates will be provided by our Team on your WhatsApp.
Check-in/Entry Time: Stargazing Event Starts at 06:30 PM. You can start Check-in from 02:00 PM onwards and explore the Flora Fauna of the Resort or indulge in the swimming pool, play games, click selfies, and have some leisure time.

Disclaimer Terms and Conditions:
- Alcohol, Smoking, or any kind of intoxication is strictly prohibited at our premises. You will be asked to leave for such behavior.
- Weather conditions are not in our hands. In case of Cloudy weather or any natural or Man-Made calamities, a refund will not be provided. Alternate Plans or In-door Activities are done in case of sudden climate change during the event.
- Stay will be provided in Cottages / Tent as per your Registration. If you opt for Tent Stay, allocation will be on a 2 person sharing basis.
- If you are interested in wide Field Astrophotography, kindly carry a Tripod for your Cell phone/DSLR.
- The Swimming Pool is Closed at Night.
- We shall not take responsibility for Loss of Personal belongings and/or Life.
- We do not Provide any kind of Insurance.
- Drinking Water is available on our observatory ground.
Refund Policy:
- 100% Cancellation if cancelled 7 days prior to the event.
- 50% Cancellation if cancelled within 3-7 days of the event.
- 0% Cancellation if cancelled within 0-2 days of the event.
- Tickets are transferable without any Additional Charges with prior notification
