Volunteer Dinner & Prep for Ride

Alright guys, night before and we are going to prepare for the event Saturday.

What to expect:
Food and Drinks,
completing the sponsorship signs,
completing the silent auction baskets/papers,
sorting shirts,
stuffing bags for riders,
preparing for the certificate presentation,
go over game plan for Saturday, and anything else we figure out we need last minute.
