On Thursday, December 11, 2025, take an evening stroll through downtown Logan, WV and experience the magic of the Historic Church Walk. Guided by nostalgic Christmas characters, guests will enjoy hot chocolate, traditional treats, and live entertainment that beautifully captures the true spirit of Christmas.
The Wonder of Christmas Historic Church Walk is free and open to anyone who wishes to attend. The walk will begin at 5:00 PM at the Logan Church of the Nazarene, located at 410 Dingess Street, Logan, WV 25601. The following churches will be visited in the order listed:
• Logan Church of the Nazarene
• Nighbert Memorial United Methodist Church
• First Presbyterian Church of Logan
• Holy Trinity Episcopal Church
• St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church
• First Christian Church
If you arrive after the walk has begun, simply look for the Christmas Lightkeepers, who will be guiding guests from church to church throughout the evening.
Following the tour, we invite you to conclude the night with a grand finale at the Coalfield Jamboree Theater, featuring a special performance by our community choir at 8:30 PM.
