Feminine Sacred Rage is a guided somatic healing experience designed to safely access, express, and alchemize suppressed emotion—particularly anger, grief, and rage held in the body due to trauma, silencing, or long-term emotional restraint.
This is not about chaos or loss of control.
This is about permission, containment, and release.
For generations, feminine rage has been denied, pathologized, or turned inward. In this space, rage is honored as life force, truth, and boundary energy—a sacred intelligence that restores wholeness when expressed consciously. 

What This Experience Includes
🔥 Candle Lighting Ritual — Calling the Sacred Fire
🌬 Trauma-Informed Breathwork
We begin with grounding and nervous-system regulation using intentional breathing patterns that prepare the body to release without overwhelm. Breath is used to create safety, coherence, and inner permission.
🔊 Guided Scream Therapy & Vocal Release
At the heart of the experience is conscious vocal expression.
This may include:
Toned breath sounds
Growls, sighs, hums
Full-bodied screams (into the space, into a pillow, or into the earth)
Screaming is framed not as “losing it,” but as somatic discharge—a way to release stored survival energy trapped in the throat, jaw, chest, and belly.
Participants are never forced to scream. Silence, whispering, or internal sound is equally honored.

🎶 Sound Healing & Frequency Integration
After release, the body is guided back into coherence through sound healing. Each participant will receive individual sound therapy so their energy is aligned to end this workshop.

This is a trauma aware space, not a replacement for therapy. We hold space while you heal yourself.
