We’re getting together for another Open Conversations soon, and you’re invited! Join us in the cozy basement of The Crêpery, one of Logan’s cutest coffee shops, as we take a breath from the hectic holiday season.
This month, we’re talking about Christmas, Advent, and how our relationship to these stories can shift over time, especially if your beliefs have changed, expanded, or unraveled a bit.
We’ll explore questions like:
How do we make sense of these ancient stories now?
What does this season mean when we center the poor, the marginalized, the refugee, and the forgotten?
What do we do with traditions that no longer speak to us and how do we honor the ones that still hold meaning?
How do we create new rituals that feel real, grounded, and life-giving?
Expect a chill, welcoming space where we’ll begin with a short mindfulness exercise and ease into an open-ended conversation. Ask your questions, share your story, or simply listen with a warm mug in your hands, there’s room for you either way.
🌈 This is a queer-affirming, open-minded, and judgment-free gathering for anyone seeking connection, meaning, or just a moment of stillness in a busy season.
If you need a place to breathe, reset, or sit with the mystery and beauty of this time of year, come join us. We’ll have cozy drinks, good snacks, and even better company. All are welcome.
