About the Instructor
Jennifer Keen lives in Omaha and is the owner and founder of Grounded Granola. Her passions are food and wellness and she’s become an avid fermenter of all things! She is not only fascinated by the science of fermentation, but also its many benefits and, most importantly, sharing it with others.
