This is a by weekly new session I have created for those of you who can make it through the week x

**Starting tomorrow Thursday 4th September at 5:30pm. **

We will be deep diving into a self healing and sound bath session using your innate ability through chakra balancing, some guidance through energetics and finishing with an integrating sound bath.

I'm excited to share this super useful tool for your tool kit that can be utilised in your everyday routine morning, `noon & or night.
