Join Ability Action Australia for a practical and supportive session tailored for Support Coordinators, frontline workers, and anyone navigating the world of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
We’ll unpack when and how to engage Behaviour Support Practitioners (BSPs), how they can best support you and your participants, and how to work together to improve outcomes, especially in times of change and complexity.

• Early engagement strategies to prevent escalation
Self-Care and Resilience in the Sector
✔️ To close the session, we’ll hold a short wellness session focused on building resilience and preventing burnout amidst this season of change in the industry.

This session will be led by Julian Tan, a Team Leader and Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP) based in South East Queensland. With a background in Psychology and experience working in the NDIS as Disability Support Worker and BSP, Julian brings first-hand practical experience and insights into understanding what Positive Behaviour Support can offer and how it can be utilised to assist clients reach their goals and improve quality of life.
