Stable Fists Shadow Boxing

Wisdom Farm is proud to announce a new collaboration with our friends at OpOverwatch! Our Stable Fists Shadow Boxing classes will move to their building for the cold weather months starting Thursday January 8th! (6 PM) They have the perfect spot for us to continue this program which helps with fitness, focus, and safe trauma release!
We are grateful to be able to extend this service to our veterans, their families, caregivers, and now first responders!
OpOverwatch provides support to first responders, active and retired law enforcement as well as veterans through four strategic paths: Benevolence, Outreach, Edification, and Training.
Our instructor has 20 years of military service and was a Golden Gloves boxer!
