Usui Reiki Level 1 Course
Reiki 1 is a one-day course designed for anyone who feels called to learn and receive the beautiful healing energy of Reiki.
In this class, you will learn:
• What Reiki energy is
• How to connect with it
• The basic meaning of Life Energy
• How to strengthen your own Life Energy to enhance natural gifts and intuition
• Basic Reiki hand positions and techniques
• Self-Reiki practices
• Byosen Scanning, a technique that helps identify areas in need of treatment
We will also briefly cover:
• The history of Reiki and how it began
• Chakras and their connection to healing
• Crystals and how to incorporate them into self-Reiki sessions
The Attunement is the heart of the class. This sacred spiritual ceremony opens the flow of Reiki energy and places the first symbols within you for your healing journey. Following the attunement, there is a 21-day integration period to support your connection with the energy.
Prerequisite: Before enrolling, you should have experienced at least one Reiki session. This can be done with Jenni if you would like.
Investment:
• Class fee: $150
• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at registration, with the $100 balance due on the day of class.
