Trillium opened in March of 2013, by JC and Esther Tetreault with the desire to create a lifestyle and experiences through the lens of a modern New England farmhouse-inspired brewery. We love their beer and are excited to feature them for this tasting.

We are also very excited to be joined by our friend Craig Altobello, Certified Cicerone, and owner/founder of Magic Bear Beer Cellar. Craig will be introducing each Trillium style served with all four courses.
