The didgeridoo is believe to be the world’s oldest wind instrument dating back to at least 1500 years ago, though some do believe older. the low-frequency sounds produced by the instrument are used to induce states of deep relaxation and promote energetic balance within the body. Unlike many instruments, the didgeridoo creates a complex drone with rich overtones.
